I'm concerned about purchasing over the Internet using my credit card. Is it really safe?
Yes. Verglas Music works with NetBanx, who provide the highest security level possible when transmitting your private credit card information. We DO NOT store your credit card information, which is why we ask you to re-enter your information when you place each order. This is the safest way to protect your valuable credit information.

Is the Verglas Store a secure store? 
Yes. Verglas utilises a dedicated credit card processing service with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. This method of protection keeps sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, from passing over the internet as standard text. Most browsers will display a padlock in the status bar to verify this security. Due to the encryption process, the payment pages may take longer to load than a standard page but we hope you agree that a few extra seconds is worth the added protection. Verglas Records Secure Online Store switches to secure mode only when entering and processing credit card details. 
In addition, for added security, we do not store credit card details in our system. You will have to enter your credit card details each time you place an order with us. 
This added security will protect your information from reaching the wrong hands and make ordering from Verglas more comfortable for you and for us. We hope this explanation will answer the common questions regarding our secure order form. 

Is it easy to order an item? 
Yes when you see the ADD TO CART links next to an item, it is available directly from Verglas Records. Click the ADD TO CART button and the shopping cart will appear with that item added to it. You may use the VIEW CART button at the top of each page to check the contents of your Cart, remove items, or change the quantity of any item at any time. To place your order, click on the VIEW CART button and confirm your items, then use the PLACE ORDER button within the Cart to complete your order. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your delivery and credit card details. More information on payment is detailed below. A confirmation screen will appear at the end of your order if successful, and an email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm your order. Please take note of the order number included for reference. 

I received a coupon with a code number. How do I use that?
Place the order for the item(s) you'd like and proceed through the checkout process. Before your order is totalled, you'll be prompted to enter a coupon code if you have one. Entering the coupon code will give you the particular discount before totalling your order. Your order will then be totalled and will reflect your discount.

Do you have a printed catalog you can send with my order?
We do not have a current printed catalog. Our site is updated regularly and the stock is always current. All products that are visible on our site are in-stock.

Do you have a mailing list?
Yes - Verglas Music sends out a newsletter about featured artists, with offers exclusive to subscribers, comments from various band members and hot news. To join the list,

Why can't I seem to add any new items/only one item to my basket? 
If you experience problems, you will need to check your browser settings to make sure that Cookies are enabled - Internet Cookies allow us to track your Shopping Cart while you continue to browse the website. If Cookies are disabled in your browser our online system will not 'know' who you are to match up your order. 

 

I want to finish my order. What next? 
To place your order, click on the VIEW CART button and confirm your items, then use the PLACE ORDER button within the cart to complete your order. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your delivery and credit card details. More information on payment is detailed below. 

Do I have to create an account? 
No. If you plan on shopping at Verglas in the future, you may want to set up an account which will store all your shipping details for future use. In order to do this, simply enter a password in the PLACE ORDER screen and you will be able to use this, in conjunction with your e-mail address, to place further orders and see whether your placed orders have been fulfilled. You can place an order without an account at any time. For added security, we do not store credit card details in our system. You will have to enter your credit card details each time you place an order with us.

How much will my order be in other currencies? 
All prices are listed are in British Pounds Sterling (£). Due to changing exchange rates, we do not list other currencies within our website. Payments in British Pounds Sterling, US Dollars, and Euros are available upon PLACE ORDER. Prices will be displayed in the selected currency, and fixed at the current exchange rate upon processing your credit card. 

I received the message "Invalid credit card number". 
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, JCB, Delta.
If you receive this message, it is possible that the card number you entered was incorrect, not accepted by Verglas (see the list above), or is not authorised for international transactions. You may need to contact your credit card provider for additional information or to activate international transactions. 

Is sales tax included in my order? 
Verglas is required to add 17.5% VAT to orders shipped to all EU countries. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT. 

I seem to have received 2 email confirmations/ been billed twice. What do I do next? 
If you have placed an online order and accidentally clicked twice on the SUBMIT button in the credit card details screen, you may create duplicate orders on the system. Please contact us immediately on Verglas Records Email with a complete copy of ANY email confirmations you have received and including a telephone number on which we may contact you.

What is your shipping policy?
Products only appear available to be ordered on our site if they are actually IN STOCK. This means, that if you place an order for an item, it is in stock and will usually ship within 48 hours. We DO NOT add any extra, small print fees.
I'm a retailer and would like to carry your products. How do I order wholesale?

How do I know if you ship to my country?
We ship to all countries in the world

Do you offer special shipping? 
Currently, Verglas offers standard shipping world-wide, plus a recorded delivery option.

How long will it take for delivery? 
Orders are typically shipped within 4 working days of receipt. Please allow 2-4 weeks for order processing and delivery, If you do not receive your merchandise within 30 days, please contact Verglas Email with your FULL name and postal address, any email confirmation received, and an online order number if applicable. 

How do I know the status of my order?
You will receive 3 e-mails after finalising your order.
1st e-mail is Confirmation that we have received your order. This is sent when you have given us the delivery details.
2nd e-mail is Confirmation that from Netbanx that they have processed your payment.
3rd e-mail is Confirmation of Shipping.

My merchandise was damaged when I opened my package! 
We check all our products to ensure that they are shipped in mint condition. However, Verglas Records cannot be held responsible for damage incurred during shipping.

If any item you receive from us is damaged or defective (this does not include cracked cases), simply return it to us. We will replace the item with the identical title.

Processing your return, once we receive it, usually takes two business days. It's that simple, no fine print and no hidden clauses.
We will only exchange items if they are found to be defective.

Any product received defective or mis-shipped must be returned within 20 days of delivery.
