	Name: Robert Brendan Sowden Born: the year of ‘the summer of love’. Lincoln. Married: no one could take me for more than a week. Kids: Flute (name from Eddings book) and Cleo. First album bought: Top Of The Tots. With stuff like Granddad, Two Little Boys and Yellow River (big influence). Last album bought: Swervedriver, 99th Dream. First gig: Gary Numan, Rock City, Nottingham, ‘83. Influential & favourite artists: Bowie, Zep, Nick Drake, Chet Baker, Duran (Yes, I said that), Prince, Michael Jackson, Blondie, Cure, Rush, Abba and everything else. You can wake me up for: a shag or lunch. (late lunch). Favourite song ever made: No Quarter, Zep. I hate: hate. Non-musical hobbies: playing and watching football (liverpool f c). Reading, collecting  videos, drinking, talking and meeting people and eating.  Favourite books: All by Eddings. The illuminatus, Robert Anton Wilson & Robert Shea; The Magus, John Fowles. Favourite film of all time: Bladerunner. Favourite drinks: jd&c and seize cent soixant quatre.  Whose phone number would you most like to have: Melanie Sykes. (‘d'you want a flake in that luv’). Favourite day off: a day off what. All my days are on. What would you take to a desert island?: Not what. Melanie Sykes. Favourite three albums ever made: Houses Of The Holy, Zep; Honky Dory, Bowie & Songs From Lets Get Lost, Chet Baker, but this changes all the time. Jobs: everything from being a motor cycle mechanic to a window cleaner to managing bars and a sort of music therapy for people with learning & physical difficulties to busking.
