What is your earliest memory? Hiding behind the sofa listening to 'Peter and the Wolf'. What is your biggest sin? Not reaching more people with the music I write.... What's the latest thing that really pissed you off? People (mainly distributors) owing us money.... Pretty much a constant thing! I'd rather die than... Go senile… If you could change 1 thing about your looks, it would be... How everyone else sees me... What's the latest thing you've bought? A DVD box set of Hitchcock films... Compare yourself to a fruit. Mango... not much to look at, but a shit load of flavours going on inside. Which recent phone conversation do you remember most? I don't tend to get any 'memorable' phone calls... but then, I have a terrible memory. What's your most odd habit? I lean towards Obsessive Compulsive... for example, all relevant curtains in the house have to be completely shut before I can sleep.... If you were the last person on the earth, then… You damn fools... you finally did it!! Clinton or Bush? Clinton by a mile. Bush will be a big mistake... What's the latest book you've read? Timeline, by Michael Crichton. Who's lying next to you when you wake up? I prefer the truth at that stage in the day... Today or tomorrow? Yesterday. What music do you want them to play on your funeral? Some Beethoven, some Elgar [British classical composer Edward Elgar - eds.] ... and some Monty Python. |
