France - Paris - Trabendo
This was it, the last gig of the tour! We had no idea what to expect, so it was all going to be a surprise. When we arrived we initially thought that we had only sold three advance tickets. Fortunately, this turned out to be a communication error and in fact, it was three hundred. A good start! During the afternoon, Rob, John and Clive had to make their way over to a FNAC record shop in the Monte Parnasse area of Paris for an acoustic showcase. They just managed to get there in time, after some confusion with taxis. The showcase went well and they returned in time for the gig. This was an excellent finish to the tour, with a large and enthusiastic audience cheering us on.
Perhaps we could just one more time pay tribute to all the people who have helped us on this tour. Particularly the organizers who have looked after us and especially the crew, who have worked to hard without complaint. Also, may we offer a big thank you to Nick Barrett and Pete Gee for their support performances during the tour which have helped to make these concerts so special. Finally, perhaps our biggest thank you to all of you who came to see us and lent your voices to the Arena shows. See you again on tour soon!
