Belgium - Verviers - Spirit of '66
So here we were, back at the Spirit of 66… the secret gig! We thought it was better to do a concert than to have a day off and where better than this place? Always a good atmosphere always a good audience… and always a great Chinese meal for dinner! This time it wasn't sold out, hardly a surprise, but nevertheless, it as a fun gig. The audience were treated to an extra act, namely Arena "unplugged". Rob, Clive and John came on at the beginning of the evening, to try out some of the acoustic versions that they might use for their FNAC store performance the next day. Then Nick and Peter took to the stage with the well received performance of the Pendragon material. Finally Arena in full came on and performed a rocking set. There's definitely an end of term feel to these last few concerts, as the jokes and on stage banter increase with every gig. LAST ONE TOMORROW!
