Germany - Paderborn - Capitol
This venue is a new one to Arena, and it's a very nice new concert hall. The band were particularly pleased with the excellent breakfast and clean dressing room. That shower saw a lot of action on the day! A new problem was discovered in the soundcheck with the intro recording: there's supposed to be a countdown in amongst all the voices, but in certain situations the band can't hear it and don't know when to come in. We've decided to make a new version of the intro CD for the Essen gig. Apart from that the gig went without incidents. We played to 300 enthusiastic Paderbornians, and the night ended with many of the band and crew watching a video of the film "K-Pax" (Kevin Spacey)… excellent film!
